We even paused for 3 or 4 months then started back up again. She patiently showed us house after house after house driving from Columbus to Newark multiple times a week until we finally found what we were looking for. Then she represented us as the buyer like we were her family, seeing it through all the way to the signing table. Unfortunately we were unable to sell the house before we moved. Liz stepped in to arrange for painting, radon mitigation and electrical work we needed to do before final sale. She did so willingly and was able to find competent contractors at a reasonable price. Great job.

Especially in the preparation to get the place ready. We discussed the best way to market it and she was very knowledgable on the area (which we weren't being from out of state). She also did a nice job framing the photos of the condo to make it look its best. Turns out we received several offers and she was good at targeting the best one.
